SMS Credit

After every transaction performed through the ERP system, an automatic notification SMS is sent to management. You can also send your own custom messages through the same system.

What is a credit? From your purchased SMS credit package, a credit is deducted for each message sent. There is no fixed monthly fee — you only use as much as you send. The system tracks your transactions and automatically delivers the right message to the right person.

SMS Header: All messages are sent by default with the “Asansis” header. If you want to use your own company name as the SMS header, a special integration package is required.

Message Lengths and Pricing

Message Type	Character Limit per 1 SMS (1 Credit)
Standard SMS without Turkish characters	155 characters = 1 SMS (1 credit)
SMS with Turkish Characters ç, ğ, ı, ö, ş, ü, etc.	Up to 150 characters = 1 SMS (1 credit). For messages longer than 150 characters, the system sends a concatenated (long) SMS and deducts multiple credits based on the character count.
SMS with Special Characters languages such as Russian, Arabic	65 characters = 1 SMS (1 credit)

Note: When the character limit is exceeded, the message is sent as a concatenated (long) SMS and consumes more than one credit based on the character count.
